An illustrated talk will be given in the Westcourt Hotel on West Street in Drogheda on Monday 19th January 2009 at 7:30 pm.
The talk is entitled "An Introduction to Birdwatching" and will explain the basics of bird identification, ecology and conservation, with particular emphasis on County Louth. The talk will be given by Breffni Martin, Chairman of Birdwatch Ireland North Louth Branch and a director of the Louth Nature Trust.
